I facilitate meditation/guided visualisation and empowering 'Heal Your Life' courses and workshops, based on the work of Louise L. Hay, which enables adults and children to love themselves and transform their lives.  I am developing as a drum circle facilitator and I work with young adults with physical and learning difficulties, as well as the general public.

I facilitate groups but also offer 1-2-1 energy healing, including Reiki.  I am an actor in Derbyshire Playback Theatre Company, which is an improvised form of theatre based on stories provided by the audience.  We perform at schools and community centres and could bring this exciting art form to many people at Lakeside.  I hope to be able to offer all of these enriching experiences to YOU, as soon as we own Lakeside Business Centre!  Thank you for your donation.
