James is a Full Member of the Magic Circle and the International Brotherhood of Magicians.

James has been performing Magic professionally for over twenty years and in that time has performed at literally thousands of Hotels, Clubs and Restaurants and at numerous Corporate and Private Functions, both in the UK and overseas. 

He regularly performs Cabaret but his speciality is Close Up Magic.

Whilst he enjoys watching and occasionally using clever magical devices, his performing techniques rely mainly on sleight of hand, which is where he feels the true Art of Magic lies.

James usually performers as a classical magician, but can
also provide themed entertainment such as
Western or Medieval.
If required for a corporate booking, he may be able to 
develop a trick especially for your event - given sufficient
notice.

He performs his Magic right next to you, strolling between standing groups or visiting individual tables. The Magic actually takes place by you or even in your own hands. This is not like watching Magic on the television, no camera tricks, just you and him. Friendly, personal entertainment, guaranteed Mystifying and Memorable. 
He performs his Magic using items that he carries with him or borrows from the audience. He can move easily from one area to another, requires no special staging or lighting and will adapt to any venue. A perfect means to create an atmosphere and provide a fun talking point. Use Close Up Magic during the courses of a dinner or as guests arrive. Many people will have never seen Magic of this quality this close up before, making this something remembered and talked about long afterwards.
